It looks as if they’re just going straight to a DCMA claim against DOWNFALL parodies now, which you can only dispute with legal action.
I disputed a video I made 2 days ago and this mornig I recieved a legal warning that they will delete my profile. this is getting out of control
AMEN
Thanx for this vedio, i found it a while back but did not pay mutch attention to it, its hard to explain but im doing a fanmade project of a certain youtube uploader who had his old account banned due to copyright laws and i have been running into the same problems as he has with my vidioes.
DMCA needs to be taken out of legislature

@EatingChipz you do know that was intended?
This video, while very informational is not entirely accurate with regards to copyright law. Derivative works (remixes, etc.) are NOT necessarily protected under fair use. The fair use defense is specifically for the reasons listed in the video (news reporting, education, etc.). Simply making it something new is not enough. That said, most video remixes people make probably fall under fair use, so following the dispute procedures mentioned isn’t a bad idea.

TY!!
For Downfall parodies DO NOT DO THIS. The next step is for Constantin to disagree, which comes in the form of a DMCA Takedown which they have used on some users. Your video is then removed, you pledge not to do it again, and if it happens three times your YouTube account is deleted.
1:55 so i herd u liek falling off tables
The 39 people who gave this vid a thumbs down must work for either WMG or Viacom! XD
