Minute Recipe:Cheesy Breadsticks. Bread takes time to make but Jacques Pepin shows viewers how to mix and bake a loaf of bread in one pot in his Slow and Easy Bread in a Pot. Next he shares his favorite eggs prepared in little containers known as Cocoette Eggs with Creamed Mushrooms. He taste the ragout with his spoon and… put his spoon back in the pan ! ROTFL !
Wait, Jacques Pepin drinks drip coffee??? I would have totally guessed that he’s a french press type of man.
What’s the non stick stuff he used for the cookiedough? I want that D:
Great show! It’s nice to see such a relaxed cook! I don’t think age matters, it’s skill. After all, all of us will grow old if we are lucky.
It’s so funny how hes so old but he still has amazing skills while he kicks ass at the same time!
That bread recipe made me shit brix. I am so trying that.
I love him, I am looking for the recipe of dry fruit and honey with cream cheese
pretty much you can’t get more classic french than him
Oh, by the way, his pronunciation of the word “tart” is the funniest thing I’ve heard all day.
This is my first time watching this show. Not only does he have some awesome looking food, but his accent makes me giggle like every three seconds. I will most certainly start watching his show.
“A little ‘cocote’!”
If you cook… I mean really cook…then you realize that Jacque is a living god…
He seemed kind of sluggish “for his age”. Then I checked out his age. The dude is 74! I thought he was at most in his sixties.
Omg, did you see what he did to that pomegranate?
A true master. <3
One of my all time fave chefs
i absolutely love his accent!

this is how a real cooking show should be like. Not like what they have nowadays on Food Network. They focus on entertainment. Screw that, a show with heart and soul is way better.
UPDATE: 10 more min was all it needed. It came out perfect! This is so easy, I could make it everyday! =)
My bread was a little sticky/doughy, too toward the center of the bread, but otherwise it was really good! I think it might be because I used a pot that was wider and shorter than his, so perhaps the cooking time needs to be adjusted depending on the shape pot you’re using… I just put the bread back in the oven for 10 min–hopefully that should solve the stickiness.
hes got the best voice
