I love it with fried chicken and baked beans.

Good recipe but to me there should be a handful of raisins just to a a bit of good flavor.

I just made this bread but instead of using only plain white flour i used one half each wholemeal and plain flour.
I loved this recipe! It was very easy and went real well with the corned beef and cabbage!
a bunch of my friends & I made this for St.Patricks Day. It’s was really good.
If you change the proportions just a little, and add some lard/butter, you have a very basic biscuit recipe. The very recipe I use at least once a week!
loved it
My friend and I made this bread on St. Patty’s, and we added rosemary and minced garlic to the dough. We agreed it was the best bread we’ve ever had! Thanks for the recipe.
I’m so THRILLED that traditional soda bread doesn’t have raisins and seeds. I hate breads and cookies with fruit and/or seeds in them (it’s a texture issue). I’m also glad you don’t have to cut a crapload of butter into it. XD
Milk with a little vinegar mixed in, and let it sit. That’s what I use for my four-ingredient recipe.
How can I substitute BUTTERMILK??
Great recipe for St. Patrick’s Day!
What is that book “MEAT”?
What’s the best way to contact you? Is there an email address? I still want to send you the wonton recipe, but can’t find a place to do it.
So i just made this bread tonight! It was 1 hour after watching this vid, it was so easy, and tasty! Im taking it with me and my friends to our local river for a St. patty’s day piknik!
I added 2 table spoons of local honey and 1 table spoon of cinnamon to 1 recipe’s worth of dough and when they came out of the oven, I added 2 table spoons of melted butter, 2 table spoons of sugar and 1 tea spoon of cinnamon mixture over the top of them. They are totally awesome! =0)
Someone please tell me the name of the first song, it sounds hilarious.
