    @bamv33 Have to agree on the zojirushi. I have a grandmother and two aunts who have had theirs for at least 15-20 years. They work well and seem to never die.

    I agree, Tiger is a top quality rice cooker but I use a zojirushi, we have 3, and my bachan has one that is over 15 years old and it runs like new. Either brand will serve you well, and I also agree that walmart or target will most likely have less than reputable brands.

    i would recommend if you are going to invest some money into a rice cooker… you should go for “Tiger” Brand… From experience… the rice cookers i have gotten from walmart and target… are very mediocre if you leave rice it too long (in warm mode) it usually burns the rice… not cool but Tiger is the best way to go

    aahhh im only 13 and i dont have ANY ingredients in this(except for salt, water,mayo, and rice) ahhhh my mom would kill me if i asked can i substitute any of these ingredients(not including the ones i have)

    Rice cooker is prefered. You can pick them up at places like walmart, or target for $18-40. Not too horribly expensive. Rice just turns out better when you use them.

    nori is dried, in this case toasted seaweed, you can eat it! :)

    That stuff that the rice is wrapped in is called nori. And yes, I’m pretty sure it’s edible.
