This is a video lesson intended for people who want to learn how to play piano. And yes, it’s free, I think people anywhere deserve a chance to learn how to play piano for free! It’s an international language and piano as well as music is such a wonderful skill to have.     I think I will just to be on the safe side :) They could use a trim, they get in the way when I type too.

    It would be a good idea to at first. If your nails happen to get in the way when you first start learning, you may try to adapt and it can lead to poor technique. I didn’t want to get rid of my nails either but did once I realized they really were getting in the way.

    Great tutorial – I just inherited a piano and have no idea how to play it!!

    My question is: do I need to keep my fingernails SHORT to play piano well?

    so i just bought myself a keyboard today, and have NO musical experiance, if all ur videos are as clear teaching as this one, i may just have a chance! lol thankd alot, only compliant, sounds a lil low
